My experience with Titan Erosion is nothing short of stellar. They are my go to trade partner for a litany of things, they are problem solvers, well organized, well managed, and all around the friendliest group of persons I have the pleasure of working with on a daily basis. The management team in place is second to none, and their approach to new and ever evolving problems is always calm and helpful. Being in the production home industry is stressful these days, and having a partner like Titan in place to help alleviate some of those stresses is priceless.
The ability Titan has to always be available and to work through problems that no one could have foreseen with such ease and resolve is something to be admired. I have never come to them with an issue where they told me they couldn’t help, somehow they always manage to provide the service(s) I need when no one else can. My success in the industry can be tied directly to having Titan as a trusted partner whom I know I can always count on to come through for me.
My most recent endeavor is a residential condominium project consisting of 164 total units, though the project is still in its infancy I have already been working with Titan on several different projects on site where certain things were not properly accounted for prior to starting. Again, no issue when you have a Trade Partner like Titan on your side, I made a call, my foreperson comes out, we discuss the issue(s), and generally by COB the same day I have multitude of options/solutions presented to me that allow me to keep moving forward. This speaks to their commitment to customer satisfaction, and to providing timely responses and results to their clients. I can’t thank them enough for all they do for me to help facilitate bringing homes to the finish line and getting my buyers in on time.
